EXPECTATIONS:
What you should expect from LACROSSE MONKEY is commitment,
competence, professionalism as well as a laughter and fun. We will be
honest no matter what.

What we expect from you is that you let us do our job:
• Make each player better
• Manage expectations
• Determine who should be on what team
• Support each girl in her OWN process of one day playing in college if
that is her goal.

Our core values are respect, responsibility, commitment and having fun!

All members can expect the LACROSSE MONKEY staff to represent and
live up to these values to the best of our abilities and we will expect the
same from them.

PLAYERS:
Players should arrive at the field for tournaments 1 hour before their first
scheduled game and 30 minutes before each subsequent game. They
should be in full uniform and prepared to warm up at that time. Being on
time is the PLAYERS responsibility – not the parents. If this rule is not
adhered to, the player will lose playing time for that game.

PLAYING TIME:
Each year, LACROSSE MONKEY attend tournaments of a wide variety of competition levels. Whereas the goal of some tournaments is purely fun, participation and exposure; others include a championship format. At these more competitive tournaments, it benefits the entire program for our teams to perform well. In those situations, playing time will be determined with the focus on winning. There are no guarantees of playing time.

  • All Players must have respect for all those involved in the program (team members, coaches, parents, officials, opponents, etc).  Language, back-talking or fighting will not be tolerated and can result in termination from the team.

  • All Players are responsible for their own actions both on and off the field. It is expected that all players conduct themselves appropriately.

  • All Players are expected to attend all practices and tournaments. If a player is consistently absent, their placement on the team will be in jeopardy and subject to dismissal.

COMMUNICATION:
LACROSSE MONKEY players are expected to handle ALL
communication with their coaches. Coaches will not respond  to text
messages on their personal phones. All communication to coaches should
be sent via We encourage direct player to coach communication to
help players develop this much needed skill. Parents should not discuss
individual player questions or inquiries during tournament weekends. Any
inquiry should be after 48 hours following a tournament weekend.
TRAVEL:
All travel costs, transportation, lodging, and meals are a separate
cost from the LAX MONKEY Season fee.

RECRUITING SUPPORT:
The recruiting process is a tricky one with many twists and turns. At LAX
MONKEY, we are here for you every step of the way as part of your
membership. We do not take responsibility for doing the work for our
players, nor can we guarantee a scholarship but we guide them along as
they pursue their dream of playing in college. In as much as the player

be available.

LACROSSE MONKEY has not charged late fees in the past but it is
importantto note that tournament fees have to be paid by the club up to a
year in advance to secure spots. We feel in order to make reservations
and commitments we need to collect membership and tournament fees up
front and ask that when families make the commitment to tournaments,
the fees get paid by due dates. LACROSSE MONKEY does have
payment plans and will work with families to ensure this financial
obligation is accessible for all.
RETURNED CHECKS: A $25 fee will be assessed
